About Meg
I've been where you are.
I'm a nurse practitioner by training, but when my own child was diagnosed with ADHD, my clinical knowledge didn't stop the morning meltdowns, the homework battles, or the quiet guilt that I was somehow doing it all wrong.
So I put the textbook down and learned what actually works — as a mom, in the thick of it. That's the blend I bring to coaching: real clinical expertise, translated into calm, practical, do-it-today strategies.
“I had to throw my medical jargon out the window.”
Now I help other parents of kids 11 and under find the same thing I was looking for — someone who truly understands ADHD, and who speaks in a way that actually helps.
Coaching
Two ways to get the support you need
Whether you want focused one-on-one help or the strength of a community that gets it, there's a fit for you.
1:1 Parent Coaching
Focused, one-on-one support tailored to your family's exact situation.
- Untangle the hardest parts of your day — mornings, meltdowns, homework
- Build routines, boundaries, and language that actually hold up
- A confidential space to be honest about what's really hard
Group Coaching
Small, supportive groups of parents navigating the same terrain.
- Learn alongside other moms who truly understand
- Leave every session with a concrete plan and new tools
- A community that shows up between sessions, too
Is this for me?
This is for you if…
No perfect parenting required. If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
- Your child is 11 or under with ADHD — diagnosed or suspected
- You're exhausted, second-guessing yourself, or fresh out of ideas
- You want practical help, not a lecture or more shame
- You're ready for relief now and confidence for the long run

FAQ
Questions, answered honestly
Is this therapy?
No — coaching is action-oriented and forward-looking. I'm not a therapist, but my clinical background means I understand ADHD deeply and can point you toward the right resources when needed.
Do we need an official diagnosis to start?
Not at all. If you suspect ADHD or you're early in the process, we can still work on what's right in front of you — and I can help you understand next steps for evaluation.
What ages do you work with?
I specialize in parents of kids 11 and under. That's the window where early support makes the biggest difference — for your child and for you.
How is group coaching different from 1:1?
1:1 is fully tailored to your family and your specific situation. Group brings you a community of parents who get it, learning alongside each other. Many parents do both — they're built to complement each other.
What's your background?
I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) credential. More importantly, I'm a mom of a child with ADHD — so I live this every day too.
Your family can feel calmer than this.
Let's start with one honest, no-pressure conversation — and see if coaching is the right fit.
